Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is an international debt counselling charity with its Head Office in Auckland and a growing network of centres throughout New Zealand. For more information check out their website: http://www.capnz.org.
Hamilton Central Baptist Church became a CAP Debt Centre in 2013 offering structured support for people caught in the grip of financial debt. Our debt coaches and assigned Support Workers help clients manage their resources according to strict and personalised budgets, negotiate with creditors and develop workable plans to regain financial freedom.
Hundreds of families have already been released from the pressure of debt through a combination of advice, finanical education, budgeting and insolvency services.
CAP’s unique and non-judgemental approach means people are supported every step out of debt and into financial freedom.
